A brief overview of the two methods of delivery
As a 3-4 hour fully interactive
The seminar room is themed as medieval China. Participants are allocated into teams of 2 to 4. Each member is given a martial arts jacket and yellow belt (this always creates instant enthusiastic participation)
The teams are given a series of time limited challenges on the materials taught. With each correct answer they progress from the yellow belt through to the supreme black belt off the peaceful warriors.
A major aim is to create a positive culture of understanding as to why people are different and why we all react differently to situations.

As the participants have applied the skills and have witnessed the accuracy of the science with team members, the skills learnt are enthusiastically taken from the seminar to the workplace the same day.
